PYPLOK

The PYPLOK® TUBE-MAC connection system does not require welds and is therefore particularly appreciated by all those who manufacture tubing or piping lines in the most critical environments and with pressures up to 640 BARS. Thanks to a portable tool with compact dimensions, the fittings undergo cold deformation and are thus permanently pressed onto the pipes. The controlled alteration of the diameter of the pipes guarantees a permanent junction, thus eliminating the risk of leaks. Over the years the TUBE-MAC PYPLOK® system has obtained numerous certifications, including ABS, DNV, BV, LR, CCS, RMRS, CRN and NAVSEA.

Thanks to the special sealing system with 2 O-rings, the TUBE-MAC PYPLOK® fittings can be used with metric pipes (up to 60mm), NPS (up to 4'') and OD (up to 2''). These fittings are made of carbon steel, AISI 316, Duplex, Superduplex, Cupronichel 70/30. The external O-ring prevents the entry of contaminants into the system, thus making this technology perfect in the naval and offshore industry. The range of fittings is composed of multiple intermediate shapes, as well as terminals compatible with the most widespread fittings series, such as DIN 2353 (24°), SAE J514 (Jic 37°), SAE J518 flanges and ANSI 150/300 flanges.

The PYPLOK® TUBE-MAC system is extremely versatile: ideal for all types of fluid, from oil-hydraulic to fire-fighting systems, through gas treatment, for pressures up to 640 BARS. Its unique characteristics make this system ideal in all conditions thanks to the extreme simplicity of assembly. The portable battery-powered tool is positioned near the fitting and from this moment the very rapid installation begins: the device converts a linear force into a radial force, pressing the fitting and jointing it with the tube. The result is a connection with extraordinary mechanical properties, including a high tensile strength.

37° FLARE FLANGES SYSTEM

The 37° FLARE FLANGE TUBE-MAC system is the best solution to connect seamless pipes from 1/2” to 8", for pressures up to 420 bars. The core of this technology is the cold deformation of the pipe ends: flanges according to SAE and CETOP standards - in combination with O-ring shanks - guarantee perfect tightness of the coupling. Speed, cleanliness and low costs during installation are guaranteed.
Successfully used in various sectors (steel industry, mining, energy, marine and offshore, automotive, testing, fire protection) the 37° FLARE FLANGE system is ABS, LR, DNV, CCS, RMRS certified.

RETAIN RING FLANGES SYSTEM

The TUBE-MAC RETAIN RING FLANGE system is the best solution to connect pipes with no welds with a thickness from 1"1/2 to 10", for pressures up to 420 bars. An orbital working on the outside diameter of the pipe allows the assembly of a stainless-steel retaining spring, which guarantees the positioning of the flange. The most convenient alternative to welding: maximum reliability, reduced timing and guaranteed savings.
Used successfully for high pressure applications (testing, steel industry, pulp and paper, energy, marine and offshore) the RETAIN RING FLANGE system is ABS, LR, DNV, CCS, RMRS certified.

INSTALLATION: The flange is fitted onto the pipe before machining. The tube is then processed with a machine equipped with an orbital head until the 90° cut is achieved. The second step of the processing is the creation of an annular groove on the outer surface of the tube, in which a flexible stainless-steel retaining spring is fitted. At this point, the flanges are assembled by means of screws or tie-rods, with the O-rings adhering to the surfaces ensuring the seal.
